GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the online booking process and use of the tourist accommodation. By making a reservation, the customer fully accepts these terms.
1. Booking Requirements
The minimum age to make a booking is 18 years old.
The booking is personal and non-transferable: the holder must be present throughout the stay.
It is mandatory to present a valid ID for all guests at check-in.
2. Payment and Confirmation
The booking is considered confirmed once a 40% deposit of the total amount is paid as a down payment, via credit card, as indicated during the booking process.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the email info@riartturistic.com
If the TENANT cancels the reservation, the following will be retained:
Reservations for stays from June to September:
• 90 days or more in advance, 10% of the total rental price.
• 60 days or more in advance, 20% of the total rental price.
• Less than 60 days in advance, 40% of the total rental price, which is the full down payment.
Reservations for stays during the rest of the year:
• More than 30 days in advance, 5% of the total rental price.
• More than 15 days in advance, 10% of the total rental price.
• Less than 15 days in advance, 40% of the total rental price, which is the full down payment.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in: from 12:00 pm
Check-out: before 10:00 am (possibility of late check-out with an additional fee, subject to availability)
Arrivals outside of normal check-in times may incur an additional fee and must be communicated in advance.
Community Rules
Parties, large gatherings, and any activities causing disturbances to neighbors or other guests are prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.
Pets: no pets allowed.
All internal rules of the property and community must be respected.
Accommodation Capacity and Use
The maximum number of occupants indicated cannot be exceeded.
The accommodation must be used exclusively for tourist purposes.
Subletting, transferring the stay, or using the accommodation for commercial or illegal activities is prohibited.
The customer is responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their companions, and the security deposit may be retained fully or partially.
Security Deposit
A deposit is required, it will be charged according to the indicated terms and returned after verifying the condition of the accommodation.
Any damage, loss, or excessive dirt may be deducted from the deposit.
Taxes and Additional Charges
The tourist tax amount will be shown during the booking process and must be paid at check-in.
Any additional services (sheets, crib, late check-out, etc.) incur an extra charge.
Data Protection
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR) and will only be used to manage the booking, legal obligations, and future offers. The customer may withdraw their consent once the stay has ended, in accordance with the established conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing the reservation, the customer declares having read and accepted these general terms and conditions, which form part of the tourist rental contract.
