The apartment is located just 100 metres from the sea and the Josep Mundet seafront promenade, in Sant Antoni de Calonge.
It is a spacious and bright apartment with a large terrace. It features a living-dining room with two sofas and a table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.

There are three double bedrooms: one en-suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub; another with two single beds; and the third, smaller one, with a trundle bed. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.

Its location is ideal for families, as right in front of the building there is a large garden area with palm trees, a children’s playground for the little ones to enjoy, and nearby shops.

In addition, the apartment offers Wi-Fi connection and a parking space.
