Residencial MARINA, The apartment is located just 100 metres from the sea and the Josep Mundet Promenade, in Sant Antoni de Calonge.
It is a spacious and bright apartment with a large terrace with sea views from the second line. All the rooms are generous in size: the living-dining room has a large sofa and a dining table, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.

The apartment has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is a bathroom with a shower.

Its location is ideal for families, as right in front of the building there is a large garden area with palm trees, a children’s playground for the little ones to enjoy, and nearby shops.
