Residential MARINA is a family apartment located on the second line of the sea and the Josep Mundet promenade in Sant Antoni de Calonge.
This apartment features a large terrace with views, accessible from both the spacious living room and the bedrooms. The living-dining room includes two sofas and a table for six people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils.

There are three double bedrooms: one is a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, another has two single beds, and the third, smaller one, has a trundle bed. In addition, there is a second bathroom with a shower.

Right in front of the building, there is a large garden area with palm trees and a playground for the enjoyment of the little ones, as well as nearby shops.

The apartment also offers Wi-Fi connection and a parking space.
